If there is any defect in the product, please contact the Life4cuts customer service, and we will promptly assist you with the resolution. However, if it is determined that the product cannot be resold due to damage caused by your own fault, it may be difficult to proceed with the exchange or return.
2. Please note that if the exchange is requested due to reasons not related to product defects but based on your personal preference, round-trip shipping fees may be charged.
3. You can exchange or refund the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, only for unopened items. If exchange/refund is not possible, the reason will be provided, and the returned product will be resent to you. Please note that in this case, the shipping fee will be charged separately.
