2. Please note that if the exchange is requested due to reasons not related to product defects but based on your personal preference, round-trip shipping fees may be charged.
3. You can exchange or refund the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, only for unopened items. If exchange/refund is not possible, the reason will be provided, and the returned product will be resent to you. Please note that in this case, the shipping fee will be charged separately.
